neg_inf

neg_inf[dtype: DType]() -> Scalar[dtype]

Gets a -inf value for the given dtype.

Constraints:

Can only be used for FP dtypes.

Parameters:

  • ​dtype (DType): The value dtype.

Returns:

Scalar[dtype]: The -inf value of the given dtype.
