min_finite

min_finite[dtype: DType]() -> Scalar[dtype]

Returns the minimum (lowest) finite value of type.

Parameters:

  • ​dtype (DType): The value dtype.

Returns:

Scalar[dtype]: The minimum representable value of the type. Does not include negative infinity for floating-point types.
